Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Receptionist (in office, not remote), on the job training for future licensing (paid for by us), Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri 9-5. Paid lunch hour. Answering phone, taking payments, doing some service work, calling lapse list daily, keeping up with inventory, scheduling appointments, asking about life insurance, etc.
Requirements: Dependable, team player, outgoing, not someone who only does what is handed to them but wants to do more and eventually become licensed. We prefer to promote from within, starting with Receptionist, then promoting to Service, then eventually (when we have an opening/need) moving into licensing.

Compensation: $25,000.00 - $33,400.00 per year
